Yesterday was the first official day of boot camp. There were so many girls it was amazing. Ten new girls too! Everyone was looking really strong. A little nervous but; in a good way I am sure. We started doing some drills to teach awareness and proper speed skating techniques. I was so proud of everyone they were truly soaked with sweat they had put forth such a great effort! I look forward to many more tough but; exciting days of boot camp! Way to go Ladies!
