I was not born athletic... When I first discovered Roller Derby, I had no idea that it involved women, or even skates for that matter... I didn't get involved with this sport because of my feminist nature, nor did I want to be a super athlete... to tell you the truth... I just wanted to fill a room with people who also loved this amazeballz sport as much as me!!

One thing I do know however, was that when I saw it for the first time... I was hooked... I mean like completely addicted... I couldn't get enough... .One thing I know I can always depend on... EVERY woman who is, or has ever skated alongside me in this sport, has at one time or another, felt the same way...
